Retrieve Namespaced Unlocked Package Apex Classes and Triggers

As of #1165, I often use Illuminated Cloud 2 to retrieve no-namespace Unlock Package Components. When will you support retrieving Namespaced Unlocked Package Apex Classes and Triggers? Thanks! :)

Peter, you may have noticed my response on the original posting by Dileep. In order to implement this properly there is additional information required in the metadata API's description of metadata from unlocked packages with namespaces. I'll try to find Dileep this week while at TDX and see if that's already available in Summer '19 with these changes or, if not, how he would propose working around that limitation in the API.

Issue tracker grooming. IC2 is currently doing as much as it can regarding retrieval of metadata from installed namespaced unlocked packages. Please let me know if there are things that aren't working as well as you'd like so I can see what I can do about them (if anything).
