Generics Interface implementation marked as problem

Concrete type implementation of interfaces sometimes fails. Often it works at first but coming back to it later it’s marked as a problem. I’ve seen this happen with other built ins like Batchable too

There have been quite a few improvements in how IC2 maintains its type inheritance indices. I'm currently unable to reproduce this. If you're still seeing this behavior, please reopen with details on how to reproduce.
