Parameter name hints not displaying for all parameters

By default parameter name hints are displays for string/numeric/boolean literals, enum constants (can be disabled), and this references. What I see in that screenshot matches expectations. You can enable them for all parameters via config. Take a look at this if you haven't already:

This is such a new feature that I won't resolve this just yet. Let me know if it should be resolved, though.
