LWC expression autocompletion not working in body of HTML element

Autocomplete works in In HTML element attribute expression:

But not in element body expression:

I'm unable to reproduce this on recent builds. I'm resolving, but if you're still able to reproduce it please provide a concrete example of what does it (ideally different from the original example because that doesn't do it for me) and I'll take another look.
