Add 'Apply to all' and 'Cancel Deploy' option to Unsubscribed Content dialog

Issue #1364 resolved
Justin Julicher created an issue

In the following dialog it would be good to have a apply to all tick box so that we don’t have to click this potentially 100 times when doing a bulk deploy to get a sandbox up to the state of a git branch.

If you know there are hundreds of unsubscribed metadata items there is currently no way to cancel then add that metadata to the subscribed list and rerun the deployment.

This was implemented quite a bit back. There is a now a "Remember for this deployment" checkbox that applies whichever option is selected to all other such issues in that deployment, and the state of that checkbox is retained across deployments. The dialog also includes a "Cancel" button to abandon the deployment entirely.
