Ah, that's interesting. Yes, it looks like it's evaluating as if the context is an SObject constructor field instead of method params. I'll take a look.

Just so you know this is still happening in 2019.2 without this being in a multi project window.

Yeah, this one looked unrelated to the others. I'm pretty sure I know what's going on here and how to fix it.

I think it’s looking at the fields to the left of the equals operator.
