Scratch Org creation missing “release” option

Sebastian Kessel created an issue

According to this document, we can create scratch orgs for a release that is upcoming during the preview window (for example, we could create a Winter20 release during September 2019). For this, we need to set the “release” option, which is missing in The IC “create scratch org” screen.

    It took me longer than expected/hoped to get to this due to the complexities of 2.0.8.3, but I've just submitted the change for the next build:
