Platform Event Channel missing from Metadata retrieval
It appears that Platform Event Channel are not retrievable.
They are selected as part of the subscription but not displayed on the Retrieve Scope page and are not returned in the result.

reporter Scott, this seems to be resolved.
It was not pulling down this - https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.api_meta.meta/api_meta/meta_platformeventchannel.htm
But with v47.0, it has been replaced with https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.api_meta.meta/api_meta/meta_platformeventchannelmember.htm
And that pulled down correctly yesterday when I was updating our deployments to v47.
