Add option to repeat last deploy

Hey Scott,

since you implemented the partial tests option, there was just one more thing that’s left that I think would be very useful to have, and that’s the ability to quickly redo the last deploy to another org.

To elaborate - let’s say you want to deploy 2 classes, a VF page and an aura component. Currently I’d have to select those individually, then choose deploy, find the connection, optionally specify the partial tests to run and click deploy. That’s fine for one time, but if you have to do this a lot due to some iterative changes or some test failures, it gets tiresome quickly.

An option to redo the last such deployment would be very helpful in my opinion.
