Scratch org definition file is in old format

The scratch org definintion files generated by the IC dialog use the orgPreferences section, which was deprecated and is now unsupported by the sfdx CLI.
So, I cannot create scratch orgs through the UI. I’m having to do it from the command-line. On the plus side, IC does immediately see them.

Delivered in 2.0.9.0 and 1.8.5.5.

Oops. I'm releasing a build today. I'll include a fix for this in that build. Sorry about that! The workaround in the interim is to have some setting expressed which will suppress the output of the org preferences, but again, the need for that workaround will be very short-lived.
