Possibility to deploy from Local Changes window

Please provide possibility to deploy from Local Changes window. Sometimes it is required to deploy particular changes from one of change list.

I mean case when “Deploy on save“ is turned off.

Alexander, I do plan to add first-class support for this in the deployment dialog, but it's actually possible now. Just select the changelist you'd like to deploy, start Deploy Modified/All Metadata (or Retrieve Metadata), and change the Contents drop-down to Context. IC will pick up the files from the selected changelist and constrain the operation to just those. The main thing that's missing right now is being able to do this without having to start on the changelist itself. Let me know if that doesn't work for you.
