Error when trying to Test connection

I have the evaluation for Illuminated Cloud 2 and when trying to create a project and putting in credentials I get an error message as follows. I cannot seem to get around it. I would like to connect and be able to use IntelliJ with IC2, do you have any idea what is going on?

It's most likely a network connectivity issue, e.g., a proxy configuration is required. Please take a look at the user guide section on Configuring Network Access:

If that doesn't help, please attach or email your idea.log using Help>Show Log in Explorer after reproducing this issue.
