OST Error: "Calling invokeAndWait from read-action leads to possible deadlock"

I sometimes get the error “Calling invokeAndWait from read-action leads to possible deadlock” when generating an OST. I can dismiss the error and things seem to work fine, but it’s a bit annoying and maybe something is going wrong under the hood.

Log attached for when this happened. I know I’m one version behind so apologies if it’s not present in the newest version. I’ll update now, but it’s an intermittent problem so I wanted to log it before I lose it.

This all changes over time based on the version of the base IDE, version of IC, etc. I'm resolving this given the age of this issue, but if this is still happening on the latest versions of both products, please provide a new log and I'll take a look.
