Unable to select some symbols in apex (e.g. null, true, false, numbers)

This seems to be a regression introduced with some of the recent versions of IC. We notice this behavior since December '19. Other IDEA Plugins and programming languages are unaffected.

Actual behavior:

It is not possible to select the following symbols: null, true, false, numbers (e.g. 47.11, 2020)

A double click yields no result → the symbol is not selected.

Selection is either defined as double-click or the command Edit > Extend Selection

Expected behavior:

All symbols should be selectable.

Environment:

IntelliJ IDEA 2019.3.1

Illuminated Cloud 2.0.9.8
