Display SFDX commands issued by the IDE Messages

Could we get the actual SFDX commands and outputs shown in the Messages window?

I think that's a reasonable request, though I think it should be optional and disabled by default for consistency with current behavior. I'll look into it in a near-term build.

Just committed this for the next build. You enable it here (disabled by default):

and when enabled, you see results in a Messages tool window tab for the executed command:
