Enable running multiple tests from structure browser

Occasionally it is handy to run several tests in the same class, and loading the Run/Debug configurations window for each amend can be time consuming in orgs with large numbers of tests.

It would be very convenient and save much time, if you could simply highlight all the testMethods you wish to run in the class structure browser, and then right-click “Run”. (The interface allows you to do this now, but only runs one of the selected tests)
