Add choice of sfdx project template

SFDX can currently create projects with one of three templates, and the default creates loads of files that I don’t want (e.g. for VS Code, Prettier, …)

Could we have an option in IC to specify which template is going to be used on SFDX project creation? I think I’d normally want to start with empty.

Delivered in 2.1.2.7. For backward compatibility, the initial default is Standard, but the most recent selection is retained across invocations, so if you choose Empty once, it will be Empty the next time as well.
