Feature Request - Subscription Editor support for filtering out Managed Package related components

Provide a way to filter out Managed Package related components when using the Selected Option for Subscription when trying to create or refresh a project.

Use Case: I'm working with an org that has way too many managed package crap in it! I would ideally like to select all or at least limit components to non-managed packages (eg. Custom Objects).  Even just providing a way to filter the metadata list would be a huge help.

There’s at least one other issue like this. Once I finish my initial issue tracker grooming pass I’ll merge duplicates.
