Missing SF File Types

Recently I had to downgrade to IntelliJ IDEA 2019.1.4, and consequently my Illuminated Cloud 2 downgraded to 2.1.0.4. This seemed to go well, until I opened a file and realized I had no highlighting or intellisense or anything; IntelliJ suggests it knows about a plugin to help with .page files, but it’s the original Illuminated Cloud, not 2. All the File Type associations are gone, and while they appear when I use the old plugin, that’s not really the intent moving forward.
How to Reproduce: Install the following versions. (Yes, I know I have the deactivated original plugin, that was part of the debugging process)

Unfortunately you can't use IC2 with 2019.1. It requires 2019.3 or higher. There have been extensive plugin SDK changes across the 2019.* releases and even more so in 2020.1, so IC does require a more recent version of the base IDE.
