If i enter the /** before an APEX method, the ApexDoc will not generate @param and @return “tags”.

Please Scott help to enable apex doc generation again.

Your timing is good. The fix for this will be in this morning's build. The workaround in the interim is to enable the ApexDoc formatter, but the two should not have had a dependency relationship.
