Lightning component is not visible for retrieval(sandbox)

I have lightning component created in Dev console.

When I tried to get it on my Idea project, this component is not visible.

Have you added the new LWC component to your metadata subscription? That view is filtered by your subscription. If not, please add it then see if it doesn't show up properly for retrieval. If you don't wish to subscribe to the component for some reason, you can uncheck Subscribed Only instead. Note that IC caches the metadata list aggressively so you may need to click the Refresh toolbar button to force IC to have the latest metadata list.

it’s not a web component. its aura component.
if I uncheck Subscribed Only - I dont see any items to retrieve.

The metadata type for Aura components is AuraDefinitionBundle. How are you subscribed for that metadata type? Please click the Refresh toolbar button in the subscription editor since it was last populated on June 5, 2020 and then see if you don't see the Aura component under that node.
