Change Signature in Java Projects broken when Illuminated Cloud enabled

Illuminated Cloud seems to be breaking something about the Change Signature refactor in Java projects when it is enabled. If I disable IC, this problem goes away. The issue is that the Refactor and Preview buttons don’t do anything when clicked.

Nothing is appended to idea.log and no error shows anywhere else from the time IDEA finishes startup through reproducing this issue. JetBrains support took a look at this already and suggested I file an issue with Illuminated Cloud.

Thanks for confirming! You know, I think I hit this exactly once, wasn't sure if it was the base IDE or not because I was on an EAP, and moved on. I'm surprised it didn't affect me much more often as I use Change Method Signature in Java all the time, but I guess it was just during a time that I wasn't needing it...
