Visualforce attribute auto-completion broken in 2.1.3.6

Scott Wells repo owner created an issue

I had a user report that Visualforce attribute completion is broken in the latest build. I'm unable to reproduce this but suspect a particular change of being the root cause. I'm logging this issue to track progress on a resolution for this regression.

    Can you please install the attached build just like you did 2.1.3.5? Please let me know whether it resolves the VF completion issues you were seeing in 2.1.3.6.
