Project configured with OAuth won't load

When opening a project with an OAuth connection, IntelliJ won’t load but rather gets stuck on a white screen of death in the task bar, as shown below. I validated the connection from one of the other projects, and I also recreated the project. The only difference between this project and the others is 1) it’s production and 2) it’s using OAuth.

Diagnostic logs include thread dumps roughly corresponding with trying to open the project. Happy to share additional logs privately.
