Error for all SFDX IDE commands

Suddenly got this error for all SFDX IDE commands.

I then tried with terminal commands and it works as usual.

I'm glad you were able to get this resolved. Yes, I've seen several people have to uninstall/reinstall the CLI, though never nodeJS until now. It's good to know that might be required in some situations.
