License is reported as already activated when it isn't

I've had a user experience an issue where no license is reported as activated, but when the user tries to activate a license explicitly, it fails with "You can't use the product key because the app is already activated with a product key."

I'm going to try to provide a quick workaround for this (hopefully!) unique issue by posting a build here that's identical to the current official build but that doesn't ever disable the Deactivate License button in hopes that clicking it will put things into the right state.

    Please install this build using Preferences>Plugins>Install plugin from disk (under the gear drop-down menu). Then open the About tab and click Deactivate License. If that works, try to enter the license key again. Please let me know whether that works or not.

    Here's another build with some changes that will hopefully remedy the situation for this user. It can be installed using the same process described above. Once installed and the IDE has restarted, have the user go into the About tab and click the Activate license button. It will show the same dialog as before. Just enter the license key and set the client ID, then click OK. Hopefully that will show the user as properly licensed. If not, I'll need to see logs again. If things are good, though, the user can uninstall this custom build and install the standard build from the plugin repository as normal.

    Please let me know the outcome either way.

    Customer reported the issue as resolved. In the end it seems like it may have been a network connectivity issue.
