Update for Winter '21 / API v50.0

Scott Wells repo owner created an issue

This exists to cover the work required to update IC for the Winter '21 release and API v50.0.

Note that support for the Apex safe navigation operator has already been delivered.

    I have all of the updates in place except for the API v50.0 SOAP client. I'm waiting for Salesforce to provide API v50.0 WSDL updates. As soon as they do I'll incorporate them and release a full Winter '21 / API v50.0 update for IC2.

    Delivered in 2.1.4.5. I still need to merge in the new SOAP clients once I've received the updated Salesforce API WSDLs.
