Export/Import Substitution Rules

It would be great if users had the ability to export and import substitution rules. I am usually setting up the same rules for several projects.

Configured substitution rules are stored in the project's/module's .iml file which is itself intended to be checked into source control. Obviously not an ideal solution, but you can grab them from one project's .iml file and add them to another's. You'll find them under /module/configuration/option name="deployment/retrievalSubstitutionRules".
