SOQL/Anonymous window no longer has a results tab preselected in WS 2020.3

As explained in the title, when you run either a SOQL query or Anonymous Apex, the results pane is blank by default in Webstorm 2020.3. This appears to be a tab selection issue, as once you select either of the tabs the results do show.

Okay, I was able to reproduce it. Hopefully it'll be simple to fix. Assuming so, I'll include the fix in tomorrow morning's build.

This is due to a subtle timing-related regression in 2020.3 which I've now reported to JetBrains:

Hmmmm...that's strange. Was there anything specific you did to get into this state? Is it consistently reproducible? Are there any exceptions or errors in your
idea.log(Help>Show Log in Explorer/Finder/Files)?
