Support for Mac/ARM

Issue #1776 resolved
Scott Wells repo owner created an issue

Currently the JetBrains IDEs work on Macs on ARM processors via Rosetta, but IC2 doesn't because it does include a native component for licensing, and that component doesn't currently support Mac/ARM. As soon as they add support (it's already on their radar) I'll update IC2 accordingly so that everything works properly on these new machines.

FYI, I've just ordered an M1 Mac for testing purposes. As soon as the licensing software is updated to support Mac/ARM, I'll update IC2 accordingly.

Turns out that this works already in Rosetta without any further modification. I'm actually using an M1 Mac Mini as my primary Mac platform verification machine now. The licensing software vendor has released support for M1, so once JetBrains releases with OpenJRE for M1 I'll make sure that IC2 works properly as a native M1 app as well.

Here's a build with the updated TA libs that support native M1 in addition to all previous supported platforms. Download (but don't extract) the archive and install it using Preferences > Plugins > Install plugin from disk (under the gear drop-down menu).

Starting with 2.1.5.4, the official builds include support for M1 native execution when used with a JetBrains IDE that similarly supports M1 native execution. Again, note that this is EA until JetBrains releases official M1 support.
