SFDX not pushing on save

I have PUSH enabled for Create, Save, Delete, and Rename/Move. When I create a new file it pushes to my scratch org, but it does not push when I hit Cmd+S to save. I have to resort to Push Metadata from the context menu.

Note: I’m actually on version 2.1.5.5, build 20210107102710. That version wasn’t selectable below.

Can you show me screenshots of your Validation and Deployment settings as well as your Salesforce DX settings?

Thanks. Can you please enable Override Save All action and see if that resolves the issue? You can read more about that action here:

If that doesn't do it, we'll need to get debug logs because that would indicate that something is (likely) misconfigured somewhere. I bet that takes care of it, though.
