UNSUPPORTED_API_VERSION: Invalid Api version specified on URL

Receiving the following error after updating to version 2.1.5.9

org.apache.cxf.binding.soap.SoapFault: UNSUPPORTED_API_VERSION: Invalid Api version specified on URL

Due to this I can’t deploy, save, or rebuild the offline symbol tables.

[Edit] I also noticed that my connections now all default to version 51 of the API if that helps any.

Yep, I'm hitting the same thing in some orgs. Just emailed Salesforce about it, but I'm also readying a patch that rolls back to API v50.0 until I know better what's going on and how it should be addressed for real.

The quick workaround is to uninstall the plugin and then reinstall it which will revert to 2.1.5.8, the last build before this morning's. I'm actually in the process of posting 2.1.6.0 which will be a straight reissue of 2.1.5.8 under a new version for force the update.

Okay, 2.1.6.0 has been posted as a reissue of 2.1.5.8. It should be safe to update, though there will be no change in content/functionality. If you do see any other issues, let me know. Otherwise the good news is that my Spring '21 update is ready to go and just waiting for the right time!
