Rename Support for Custom Metadata Types

It’d be a nice feature if IC supported Renaming of Custom Metadata Types. Similar to support for renaming of Apex Classes, Triggers, etc. where a deletion and deployment request is sent to Salesforce and Subscription is updated.

    This is, for all intents and purposes, a duplicate of the request for a rename refactoring for custom SObjects/fields.
