New Feature: Full Debugging - This File (or selected files)

In larger orgs the full debugging of the whole process can easily exceed the 20mb limit of files and so it would be handy instead of setting a global level of ‘FULL DEBUGGING’ to have the option to select what files and have IC set the debug level of those files just before running the test and perhaps and option to set everything else to NONE or STANDARD i.e. run it as STANDARD and just output the log of that single (or multiple files).

I can do this by just running the test and setting the file debug level via the log explorer and then exporting the log to log explorer and then clicking the debug button but it would be handy to have this as a first class feature.
