It happens after each starts WebStorm with Illuminated Cloud 2. And it requires a set password and security token(in some projects). I do it. But after restart WebStorm the problem is repeated.
Can you help me?

I don't know if you're on a Mac, but if so please take a look at this thread and see whether it helps:

Hopefully you're just hitting the same issue and changing the storage for PasswordSafe to KeePass will resolve the issue for you. If not, please let me know.
