Enhancement: "Add to Change Set" menu when right clicking elements on the project

Illuminated Cloud's UI is better than the default Salesforce online UI.

Would it be possible to add a menu item "Add to Change Set" when you right click an element or a set of selected elements on the project and prompt the change set name?

It appears to be possible to create or at least modify change sets via Metadata API. It involves the parameter “packageNames". It seems you can treat change sets as if they were packages.
