Deleting metadata/apex classes doesn't provide an option select which sort of tests to run along with the deletion

The scenario is I select an APEX class to delete

go to the illuminated cloud menu and select “delete metadata”

The dialog that comes up should have a section for selecting the test level to use with the deletion but does not

basically the dialog is missing the option to select test levels and do things like specify which exact tests to run so we don’t have to always “run all local test”
