Okay. Please add the following to Help>Diagnostic Tools>Debug Log Settings:
```
#com.illuminatedcloud.intellij.completion.MetadataCompletionUtil
```
Then please reproduce the issue and email attach or email your idea.log file using Help>Show Log in Explorer/Finder/Files. That should provide some insight into what's happening.

Hi Scott, very surprising behaviour. Today morning when I opened IntelliJ for debugging it could see now auto complete works and I am able to see the custom label in auto complete. I am not sure what was wrong but I was facing this issue on both Windows and Mac machine and hence I reported it. In below image Freshdesk and NO_OF_DAYS are the custom labels. Well thanks for all your support on this. You can close this issue now. Thanks again!!

The issue seems to be resolved after rebuilding the cache

Okay. If you see that again, please let me know. I'll plan to investigate whether there's overly-aggressive caching going on here as I suspect that's the underlying reason.
