Expand the "Code Style" formatting options for Apex code

Using the "Wrapping and Braces" Code Style settings for JavaScript as an example, expand the code style formatting options for Apex.

See image below for examples of some of the extended formatting features that are available for JavaScript. Notably, the ability to align function parameters in both calls and definitions, would be nice to have for Apex methods.

Apex code formattting options were expanded quite a bit way-back-when. If there are specific additional options that are desired, please log a fresh enhancement request that identifies them specifically.
