Anonymous Execute - Max Length

Improve error message for Max Length in Execute Anonymous, this is what happens in the developer console

The maximum execute anonymous code length is 32000. Your length is 32294.

But via IC2 gives

Compile failure on line 1, column 1: Script too large: String csv = 'CaseID\n' +....
And was a bit confusing as to what was going on.
