Hide portions of connection UI that aren't relevant during project creation

Scott Wells repo owner created an issue

During new project creation, nothing below the API version is actually useful. In fact, those items are confusing because they may be enabled but not functional. Those items should just be hidden during new project creation and available once the project and module are in place.
