Delete Server Only file doesn't do anything

I’m trying to delete aura bundle from server. I’m right clicking on Aura → Custom, selecting components I want to delete (they are in red - server only) and hit delete button. Nothing happens.

Can you please enable debug logging for metadata removal, reproduce the behavior, and attach or email the resulting idea.log?

My license expired on 15th Dec and I’m tight on budget right now (plus not doing much of dev work), so I can’t get those logs anymore.
I suspect the issue might be linked to the fact that these 2 classes were not in subscription, only on server side. Let’s wait and see if anyone else faces this problem.
