Issue #2131 resolved

Version 2.2.2.3

I am very troubled by the disappearance of that meta.xml when converted to a static resource bundle. It did not disappear before.

I need a quick fix.

The same event occurs in 2.2.2.2.
    It works fine in 2.2.2.1.

I have been using ILLUMINATED CLOUD for a few years now and it seems to be quite buggy compared to other plugins, but I don't know why.

I can't seem to see the impact of the changes in the version up...

Thanks for filing this in the issue tracker. It looks like this is a side-effect of the fix for issue 2089. I've just committed the fix and will include it in a small build tomorrow morning. Apologies for the inconvenience!

    Thank you.

I have experienced several times in the past when upgrading to a newer version, and I am afraid to upgrade to a newer version...

Please check the impact of the change carefully before releasing it so that there will be no bugs in the future.

Hi. A significant amount of effort goes into regression testing with each release, but of course given the broad amount of functionality in IC2, the subtle nuances of some of that functionality, the dependency on underlying technologies from both Salesforce and JetBrains which can introduce issues themselves that aren't inherently due to IC2 but are exposed via IC2 features, it's impossible to guarantee no bugs. Instead I try to be as reactive as possible to any bugs which were inadvertently introduced in an update, whether by me or as a result of the underlying technologies. Please report any newly-introduced issues you find (and hopefully there will not be many at all) so that I know about them and I'll take care of them accordingly.

An atmosphere in which nothing will change and the same things will be repeated in the future.

No, not at all. You reported this issue, and I've fixed this issue for tomorrow morning's build within 24 hours of it being reported. If you find other such issues in the future, please report them here and I'll do the same. Each time I am made aware of an accidental regression, I generally add new regression test cases--sometimes automated and sometimes manual--to help further close that gap going forward. It's just important that I be made aware of these types of issues so that I can react accordingly.
