refreshApex mistekenly marked as deprecated

In lwc the refreshApex is mistakenly marked as deprecated. (it will be but only partially so I think it’s better not to mark it at all)

Hi. It was intentionally marked as deprecated, but you're correct that given the remaining valid (and common) usage, it was also incorrectly marked as such. I've removed the
@deprecatedESDoc tag and moved that same text into the description section so that it's still available but won't be marked as deprecated in existing usages. Thanks for reporting this!
