Unfortunately, I can’t seem to replicate this with a stripped down example but I’ve noticed, on numerous occasions when changing the signature on an apex wired method and then going back to the associated lwc and properly changing it.. I seem to be in a circular reference and sometimes have to touch the html file / touch the js file / touch the cls or visa versa.. Anyone else run into this. (Deploy via cmd/s). Eventually it works without any code changes but just constant “touches” ie. hit space save file.. but I just wonder if, on deploy it’s. validating and not synching something at all times perhaps)

Hi, Rick. Please make sure that you're on the latest version of IC2. It looks like you are based on the provided screenshots, though.

Once you confirm that the issue still occurs on the latest, please take a look at this issue:

specifically the comment that says "Let's gather some additional diagnostic information..." which contains instructions for how to gather said information and also a workaround for this issue (disabling LWC deployment via the Tooling API) once you've gathered it until I can review what you provide.
