Ant task counterpart for OST

SFDC uses ant tool for interacting with instances/sandboxes regarding deploying/retrieving metadata information.

It could be useful if there be a ant task that could be run on external environment (such as CI server) and prepare OST from reference org (which is often a case for Profiles and PermissionSets)

Issue tracker grooming. Anything ant-related wouldn't happen at this point, but I think there's still something here, but likely in the form of shell scripts that could be run after scratch org creation and before/after an initial push to an org. Feel free to log a separate/fresh enhancement request with specifics about what lifecycle hooks would be desired.
