IC2 2.2.4.2 fails to initialize: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.illuminatedcloud.intellij.lightning.LightningWebComponentsUtil

I’ve now heard about this from two people and can see one change made in 2.2.4.2 that could lead to it happening. I’m going to use this issue to provide a test build with a prospective fix to those users since I’m unable to reproduce the issue locally on any combination of OSes and IDEs. Once the fix has been confirmed, I’ll issue a hotfix build.

This build includes the prospective hotfix. To install it:

1. Download the archive (but don't extract it).
2. Use Settings > Plugins > Install plugin from disk (under the gear drop-down menu).
3. Allow the IDE to restart.

At that point see if things operate properly or not. Either way please attach your idea.log for review as, even if it's working, I included additional diagnostic info for the hotfix that will tell me why it was failing for you previously.
