Show the "Create Scratch Org" dialog again, preserving settings, when org creation fails

When creating a scratch org fails (DX) then after the error message we’re back to square one. I had a username already in use error, so had to redo all the settings (scratch org def was not saved).
If would be an useful feature to get the same dialog to be able to correct the error and retry the creation
