.forceignore file status colour should ideally be configurable

Hi Scott,

Trivial enhancement:

.forceignore uses the same file status colour for Ignored as Version Control, thus potentially confusing me about what is included in version control and what isn’t.
I can change the version control colour for Ignored away from the default (e.g. to a brownish orange) to differentiate between the two.

I’m however not able to switch this, so ideally the .forceignore colour should be configurable.
