Project wizard creating project without any components

I was trying to create a new project (Not sfdx). It is not picking any components at all (though they have been selected) and creates a project without any components. I have the latest version of IntelliJ and IlluminatedCloud

Steps to reproduce: create a normal project thru project wizard. Components are pre-selected in the wizard, i go with them. Create a project and follow the steps. While indexing it notifies that no components are retrieved. Once the project creation is complete, I don't see any components.

Can you please provide a screenshot of the first wizard step that shows the selected connection and the initial metadata selection, e.g.:

and also enable debug logging for Metadata Retrieval before running through this process so that the resulting idea.log file includes not just any errors/exceptions raised along the way but also diagnostics for the retrieval process itself. Then either attach the idea.log here or email it to [e-mail] for review.

The provided log showed that the selected connection didn't have proper credentials. However, the issue--whatever it really was--was resolved after disabling and re-enabling the plugin. Not the way I like to see things get resolved, so let me know if the problem (or anything like it) comes back.
